We hope you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes things don't always work out.
If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be returned for a Refund or Store Credit. You can then use this credit to purchase your new item. Credit expires within 12 months, and can be used on any item online. Once your return is received processing time can take up to 5 business days.
Refunds incur a 5% restocking fee. Fees are calculated via the percentage cost of the item/s you return. (Eg. You buy 2 dresses at $79.99 each and decide to return (refund) 1 of the dresses. You will be refunded $79.99 less 5% ($4.00) restocking fee. You then are refunded a total of $75.99).
Exchange or Store Credit incur NO fees, only return postage cost.
Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement as per our discretion, please contact us via the return lodgement form below before sending the item back.
All SALE items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- Sale items - All sale items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items
- Swimwear (exchange only)
- Adelin Hill Art
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Health & personal care items including Essential Oils
Are there any charges for return?
- There is no charges for exchange or store credit.

How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 business days.
