All orders placed are sent same or next business day.
Any orders placed over the Weekends will be posted on Tuesday morning.
Purchases made on public holidays will be processed next business day.
We endeavour to process all other orders within these time frames, however during busy sale periods or after a new collection launch processing may take a little longer.
You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.
We offer express post delivery (1-2 business days) to capital cities, major centres and metro areas.
Delivery to regional areas takes 2-3 business days.
Australian orders over $150+ receive free express shipping.
Shipping on orders under $150 is a flat rate of $8 for express.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive updates from Australia post regarding the progress of your delivery.
If you require shipping and don’t want the items left unattended we recommend the use of AusPost parcel lockers - more information can be found here.
To honour social-distancing rules your purchase will no longer require a signature for delivery, or collection. Your goodies will now be left at your door, or directed to the post-office for collection. When you place an order online, you can let us know where’s safe to leave your parcel. Kaimu is not liable for any lost, damaged or missing parcels.
Any large or heavy items will be sent via Sendle (3-10 Days) delivery to capital cities, major cities and metro areas.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.
For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Express International orders are more likely to attract Customs and Duty charges while Standard International is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept international returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try!
If you have made an error in your delivery address please call us as soon as possible on 0455 233 543 between 10.00am to 3.00pm Tuesday to Friday (AWST) or, if we’re unavailable, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the correction.
